Social Media Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
- Plan and execute communication strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Identify and leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on key social media metrics to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Bonus: Knowledge of paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
