Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate potential vendors, focusing on suppliers from China.
  • Compare offers, negotiate terms, and compile vendor proposals for PR/PO creation.
  • Coordinate and document negotiation results with suppliers.
  • Communicate with Chinese suppliers, ensuring smooth transactions and timely deliveries.
  • Track and analyze purchasing data and trends for better planning.
  • Handle administrative purchasing processes efficiently.
  • Maintain supplier performance tracking and source new vendors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in project management and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, tax, and legal aspects related to procurement.

  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to support business operations.
