Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate potential vendors, focusing on suppliers from China.
- Compare offers, negotiate terms, and compile vendor proposals for PR/PO creation.
- Coordinate and document negotiation results with suppliers.
- Communicate with Chinese suppliers, ensuring smooth transactions and timely deliveries.
- Track and analyze purchasing data and trends for better planning.
- Handle administrative purchasing processes efficiently.
- Maintain supplier performance tracking and source new vendors when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in project management and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, tax, and legal aspects related to procurement.

- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to support business operations.
