KOL Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute KOL strategies, concepts, and events for brand campaigns.
- Create scripts, briefs, and KOL guidelines to ensure campaign success.
- Coordinate with KOLs to produce user-generated content in photo and video formats.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to manage campaign content.
- Oversee content execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Willing to attend and coordinate KOL shootings for projects.
- Capable of leading teams and executing projects with design, video, and marketing teams.
- Proactive in exploring new content ideas and collaborating with KOLs.
Success in This Role Means:
- High engagement rates on KOL-driven campaigns (likes, shares, comments, interactions).
- Successful brand awareness and conversion campaigns through influencer marketing.
- Enhancing brand reputation with authentic and high-quality endorsements.
- Meeting deadlines and executing collaborations professionally.
- Building strong relationships with KOLs, brands, and industry stakeholders.
- Providing valuable insights on market trends and audience behavior to improve strategy.
