HRGA Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the HRGA team, setting objectives and tracking progress.
- Analyze HR metrics (time-to-hire, employee turnover) to improve processes.
- Oversee general affairs, including asset procurement and maintenance.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws.
- Drive improvements in recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop career development paths and reward structures for employees.
- Enhance office environment and employee well-being initiatives.
- Work with department leaders to solve people-related challenges.
- Create and compile monthly employee performance reports.
- Handle payroll data (leaves, working hours, bank accounts) and ensure timely payroll reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and stay organized.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
