eCommerce Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations, sales, and marketing.
- Work with marketing & operations teams to streamline processes.
- Maximize online sales performance across brand stores and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the right product selection and stock availability.
- Monitor and optimize P&L for the online sales channel.
- Plan and execute sales promotions to boost conversions.
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok).
- Use data-driven strategies to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Track and analyze performance on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Seller Center to optimize store performance.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia).
- Strong data-driven mindset to optimize sales, marketing, and merchandising.
- Ability to gather insights and recommend strategies to boost online sales.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
- Capable of leading and developing a team.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal departments.
