Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative division, overseeing graphic design, photo & video production, and content creation teams.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand identity and engagement.
- Guide the Art Director, Head of Production, and Head of Content Creation to ensure a cohesive creative vision.
- Oversee the creation of branding, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Ensure high-quality execution of design, photography, videography, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business goals.
- Stay ahead of design trends, content innovations, and industry developments.
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and inspiration to the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in branding, advertising, or content creation.
- Strong background in design, video production, and digital content strategies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and creative production tools.
- Excellent storytelling, branding, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, ensuring creative excellence across all outputs.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
