Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the graphic design team, ensuring all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and vision.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of branding, packaging, social media, and campaign visuals.
- Develop creative strategies that enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Ensure high-quality standards in design, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce cohesive designs.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry developments to keep creativity fresh.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to designers, fostering skill development and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing design projects, deadlines, and creative teams.
- Ability to think strategically and execute visually compelling concepts.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or packaging design.
